With the success of the project carried out for six companies of the Group, we continue providing support and consulting services for the renegotiation of mobile and fixed platforms and data links. K2A, with its expertise, supported the client in the following activities:
- Mapping and inventory of the telecom plant alongside the IT departments of each Business;
- Support in modeling the “business case” for the migration of the current MPLS network to Internet + SD-Wan;
- Identification of local partners and support for the migration of the MPLS network to an Internet network;
- Technical upgrades on mobile data plans;
- Improved governance and management of accounts and contracts.
The Project resulted in a 37% reduction in the data network baseline and a 40% reduction in the fixed and mobile baseline with the hiring of our TEM (Telecom Expense Management) team to deploy our contract management system and cost and asset/inventory control for IT and Telecom – iControlIT.
We were also hired to conduct the audit of the previous audit that had already been carried out by the client’s former TEM partner.
