With K2A’s specialized project team, it was possible to map the entire infrastructure of the client and deliver the following improvements:
- Base cleaning through the migration to the SD-Wan technology;
- Unification of Operators, reducing operational work and cost control;
- Operational Support in the migration of services between suppliers;
- Technical upgrades on mobile data plans;
- Improved governance and management of accounts and contracts.
The Project delivered a 54% reduction in the Telecom baseline with the hiring of our TEM (Telecom Expense Management) team to deploy our contract management system and cost and asset/inventory control for IT and Telecom – iControlIT.
