With K2A’s specialized project team, it was possible to map the entire infrastructure of the client and deliver the following improvements:
- Base cleaning in mobile and fixed telephone systems, canceling unused lines;
- Technical upgrades on mobile data plans;
- Unification of Operators, reducing operational work and cost control;
- Operational Support in the migration of services between suppliers due to the change of Printing provider;
- Improved governance and management of accounts and contracts.
The Project provided a 51% reduction in the Telecom baseline and a 36% reduction in the print outsourcing baseline.
